- Must be 21+ to book - 5 Person Max, 2 Vehicle Max - Strict check-in after 4pm and check-out prior to 10am - No pets - No parties or events - You will receive toilet paper, paper towels, and soap to start your trip, but you may need to purchase more. - Zip locks and coffee are not provided - ROKU TVs allow for sign-in to your subscription service of choice - The fireplace is shut down from April 1 to October 1 as with every cabin in the area. House Rules

We have stocked the cabin with some start-up supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, garbage bags, pots and pans. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay. Guests are also responsible for bringing charcoal for the grill. SMOKING: There is absolutely NO smoking in the house. Please remember that you are in a wooded area close to a National Park and fire is a real threat here. GUESTS: People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the on-line agreement may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. PETS: Pets are NOT allowed. WATER AND SEPTIC: The cabin is on a well and septic system. While the water is safe to drink, we suggest bringing bottled water. The mineral content in the water is high. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Accessibility

Neighborhood

Sky Harbor Resort is conveniently located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The roads are well managed, but if there is snow then AWD is highly recommended.

You will have full access to the house with the exception to the cleaner's closet which is locked on the first floor.
